		<description>I'm still not sure why so many novels, teen or otherwise, insist on describing characters down to every bend in the auburn hair.  Unless it matters what size jeans the character wears, it doesn't matter.  

Now in the case of a plot point (or the entire plot) revolving around a character's size, we stray into the front pews and I get wary.  Social commentary is very important in fiction, but it has to be a deft hand that writes it.</description>
